At Yumm Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted.
- If the product you received is damaged, incorrect, defective, or inedible, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Return & Replacement Process:
For any issues with your order (damaged, incorrect, or inedible items), please reach out to our customer service team via:

Provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged, incorrect, or inedible items
- A description of the issue
- We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange a return, replacement, or refund of the product.
Replacements:
If the selected product is damaged, incorrect, or inedible, a replacement may be arranged within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The replacement must be for the same product or a different product of the same price.
- If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or issue a refund
Refunds:
Once we have processed a return, we will offer a refund for the cost of the product, excluding delivery charges. Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:
- Mobile Wallet (Vodafone Cash/Orange Cash/Etisalat Cash/WE Pay)
- Instapay Transfer
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any opened or consumed items. All returns must be in their original, unopened condition.
Exchanges:
We do not offer general exchanges at this time. If you'd like to receive a different product, please place a new order and contact us for assistance if there is an issue with the order.
